Initial Hypnotherapy Session
Sessions are offered either in-person or online to suit your preferences and needs.
Service Description
Our first session is all about getting to know you and understanding your unique needs. It's a friendly conversation where you can share any questions or concerns you may have to help you feel more at ease. Our focus is on examining the issue at hand and determining your desired outcomes for our sessions. I'll also give you a brief introduction to hypnotherapy to help you feel comfortable and informed. The length of our follow-up sessions will usually be between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the level of work needed. We can discuss this further during our first meeting, so you know exactly what to expect.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. This will allow other clients who may be waiting for an appointment to take your slot. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full fee for the session. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be used towards future sessions. If you do not show up for your appointment or provide any notice, you will be charged the full fee for the session. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be used towards future sessions. In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please let me know as soon as possible so we can make alternative arrangements. Please note that this cancellation policy applies to all clients, including those who are paying out of pocket or through insurance.
