Build your Self-Confidence,
Self Worth and Self Esteem

Does negative self-talk drain your confidence and hold you back? Does the world around you easily trigger you?

Do you often compare yourself to others? Do you find yourself seeking others' approval?

Your mind already knows you’re worthy, sometimes it just needs reminding!
Through hypnotherapy and integrative therapy, we can begin to gently guide the subconscious mind to align with what your heart and conscious self already know: that you deserve happiness, love, and acceptance.

At Hartfield Wellness, my intention is to support you in reconnecting with your inner strength and confidence, and help you take back the life you truly want. Experiences can shape us, shake us, and at times hold us back. But change is always possible.

Let’s work together to help you return to a life that feels more aligned, empowered, and fully yours.

Whats the difference?

Self-worth is a gauge of how much we respect, love and value ourselves, knowing that we are good enough and worthy of love from others. It impacts everything we do, from our relationships and work, to how others view us and how we feel about ourselves.

What words would you use to describe yourself?

Self-confidence is allowing ourselves to trust our own judgement, and believe in ourselves and our own abilities. Being able to accept ourselves for whom we are knowing our strengths/weaknesses and having a positive view of ourselves.

Self-esteem evolves and adapts to your life experiences and interactions with others. It's our opinion of ourselves, and how we value and perceive ourselves. There's a little overlap between self-confidence and self-esteem but they are two different things

How did we become who we are?

Low confidence and self-worth can lead to anxiety and depression if left unnurtured; they tend to have deep roots that are often created in childhood while our brains are still developing. Sometimes we accept this as part of our identity, but we are so much more than this. As we grow and develop, we pick up other people's ideas/beliefs and create what we think is our identity. We all have different versions of ourselves that we share with different people. We tend to fall into the trap of feeling like we must project a particular version of ourselves to the world, to be accepted, loved, and fit in. We believe our true self is not good enough and develop negative self-talk, constantly comparing ourselves to others and people-pleasing. But you are good enough and have an incredible power within you. You just have to be open to take a journey to discover who the real you is.

Our minds are powerful tools for healing and growth.
Our thoughts shape how we feel, behave, and connect, influencing both our emotional and physical well-being. Hypnotherapy and integrative therapy can support lasting change by helping to reduce anxiety, ease fear responses, and shift unhelpful patterns.

During hypnosis, the mind enters a deeply relaxed, focused state where outdated beliefs can be gently released and new, more helpful perspectives can take root. Combined with therapeutic approaches like CBT, person-centred, and psychodynamic work, this creates space for real transformation from within.

Embrace the wonderful person you are!

One of the most important things I have learned is that our interpretations of our life experiences influence our reality. By changing our emotions, thoughts, and beliefs, we can take control of our future experiences and fundamentally alter every facet of our lives for the better. I strive to help people boost their self-esteem, ease anxiety and depression, and help them reconnect with their true selves. My aim for our work together is to empower you and reconnect you to your natural source of happiness, balance, and joy.

I am continuously inspired by the development of the people I meet and am privileged to be a part of their journeys. I invite you to take the next step on your journey with me and experience true transformation.

I look forward to meeting you!

Hey!

You are Awesome!
