Through a blend of hypnotherapy and integrative therapy, we can explore the emotional roots of what you're experiencing and begin to gently shift unhelpful patterns, thoughts, and behaviours.

At Hartfield Wellness, my mission is to support you in feeling calmer, more confident, and more connected to yourself. I understand how overwhelming anxiety, low mood, and self-doubt can feel, and I believe deeply in your ability to heal and grow.

I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where we work together using hypnotherapy and counselling approaches, including person-centred, CBT, and psychodynamic methods,  as part of my Level 5 Advanced Training in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.

One of the most important things I’ve learned is that the way we interpret our life experiences shapes the way we live. When we begin to shift the emotions, thoughts, and beliefs that hold us back, we can open up space for real, lasting change.
